From an early Zipabill seller

I used to invoice from a notebook. Now it takes one voice note.

Why I built Zipabill

Running a business over chat is demanding enough. Writing a clean receipt or tracking who has paid should not cost you another twenty minutes of typing into a spreadsheet.

Do I need to download an app?
No. Zipabill runs in your browser and you can add it to your home screen if you want it to feel like an app. There is nothing to install from a store.
What if Zipabill mishears what I said?
You always see the draft before anything is sent. Every item, quantity and total is editable, so you can fix a wrong number in a couple of taps. Nothing reaches your customer until you approve it.
Which currencies and countries does it work in?
Zipabill is built for sellers anywhere. You set your currency and your own bank or payment details, and invoices are formatted to match.
How do customers pay me?
Your invoice carries your own payment details, so customers pay you the way they already do. When the money arrives you record it in Zipabill with one tap and the balance updates.
What does it cost?
Pricing is not finalised yet. People who join the waitlist now will be told the price before they are asked to pay anything, and early sellers will get a better rate than we launch with publicly.
When can I actually start using it?
We are opening access in small groups so we can fix problems properly rather than quickly. Join the waitlist and we will email you when your turn comes up.
